# Aviocube: a brief for your AI assistant How to use this: copy all of this text, paste it into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot or any other AI assistant, and send it. The assistant will describe the whole Aviocube suite, and you can then ask follow-up questions. Up to date as of 27 September 2026. The latest is always at https://aviocube.com. --- ## Instructions for the assistant You are helping someone understand Aviocube and its suite of aviation apps and services. Treat this brief as your source of facts. 1. Start with a full description of the suite: - a short overview of Aviocube and the idea behind the suite; - each product: what it does, who it is for and whether it can be used today; - how the products connect; - consulting, and how to get in touch. Use headings and keep it readable. 2. Then suggest three follow-up questions that fit the person's likely role, for example a CAMO or Part-145 team, a safety or quality manager, an instructor or an independent contractor. 3. Don't invent features, prices, dates, customers, approvals or certifications that aren't in this brief. If something isn't covered, say so, and point to the product's website or hello@aviocube.com. 4. Keep each product's status exact. "Coming soon" means it can't be used yet. 5. If you're asked about compliance, be clear that none of the products is an approval by EASA or any competent authority. None of them replaces an organisation's approved procedures or the judgement of accountable people. --- ## Aviocube at a glance Aviocube is an aviation software studio and consultancy. It builds four aviation products and consults for aircraft operators, maintenance organisations and training organisations. The work is mainly under EASA rules: Part-M, Part-CAMO, Part-145, Part-147, Part-21 and Part-IS. - Company: Avioverse Ltd, based in Cyprus - Website: https://aviocube.com - Email: hello@aviocube.com - Early access and enquiries: https://aviocube.com/#contact | No. | Product | What it is | Status | |---|---|---|---| | 01 | Avioverse | A second brain for aviation work, with safety and compliance modules | Coming soon, expected October 2026 | | 02 | Manuals | Controlled aviation manuals, without the formatting fight | Coming soon, expected January 2027 (working title) | | 03 | MXcourse | Online aviation courses with verifiable certificates | Live, with controlled access | | 04 | SHIFT — Don't Stamp! | A free browser game about the call before the signature | Live, in beta | | 05 | Consulting | Manuals, audits, training and digital tools | Available now | ### The idea: one job, four products Each product covers one part of the same aviation job: 1. Know the rule: Avioverse. 2. Write the procedure: Manuals. 3. Train the people: MXcourse. 4. Make the right call: SHIFT — Don't Stamp! Consulting works across all four. Aviocube is the studio that designs, builds and supports them. --- ## 01 Avioverse — a second brain for aviation work Status: coming soon, expected October 2026. Features may change before launch. Website: https://avioverse.io For aviation professionals, and teams small and large, working to EASA rules. That includes continuing airworthiness (CAMO), maintenance, safety (SMS), quality and compliance staff, Part-147 instructors and training staff, and independent contractors such as freelance Part-66 engineers, auditors and pilots. Avioverse is a workbench that keeps regulations, manuals, technical records and your own working context in one place. Its AI assistant shows the source behind every answer. It has these parts: - **Knowledge.** - The EASA regulations, with the official reference on every paragraph. - A library of Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Safety Information Bulletins (SIBs). Each document has its own AI chat, which helps you understand it and work out whether and how it applies to you. The chat assists the assessment; it is not a maintenance tracking system. - Implementation guides whose citations are checked against the named EASA source and date. - An aviation glossary. - **Metis, the AI assistant.** Metis answers with sources, prepares drafts, and stops for human approval before any controlled action. You can chat on the web, in a browser extension or through Telegram. - **Avioverse Brain.** A personal knowledge base that you and the AI both edit, built on your sources. Your chats can recall and reason across it. - **Safety modules.** - Risk assessments built on a hazard library: hazards, undesirable events, consequences, barriers and mitigations, in a bow-tie style. - Safety performance indicators (SPIs), with targets, alerts and reviews. - Reporting forms for concerns and occurrences. Reports can be named, confidential or anonymous, and can be followed up and reviewed. - **Compliance modules.** - Audits: checklists, findings, a calendar and audit programmes that show planned audits against actual coverage. - Tasks that know the regulations and send compliance reminders. - Procedures: reusable, step-by-step instructions that are run with the evidence kept. These support an organisation's own compliance monitoring. They are not an EASA certification. - **Career.** A certification tracker for certificates and recurrent training. - **Tools.** Free aviation calculators and lookups. - **Teams.** Personal and team workspaces with roles. Plans: there will be a free plan and paid Pro plans. Details are on https://avioverse.io. Limits: Avioverse is informational. It doesn't replace the approved exposition or the competent authority. Decisions, approvals and sign-off stay with accountable people. EASA rules come first; other authorities may follow. --- ## 02 Manuals — controlled manuals, without the formatting fight Status: coming soon, expected January 2027. "Manuals" is a working title. For aircraft operators, CAMOs, Part-145 maintenance organisations and training organisations. Manuals is built for writing, reviewing, approving and publishing controlled manuals in one place, so every reader stays on the current issue: - **Automatic front matter:** the table of contents, the record of revisions and the list of effective pages build themselves. - **Page revisions:** each page carries its revision. - **Read confirmations:** readers confirm they've read the current issue. - **Reading:** a page view that matches the printed manual exactly, a text view for phones, and search. - **PDF export:** matches the screen page by page. Planned link: manual sections will become searchable in Avioverse, next to the regulation they answer to. --- ## 03 MXcourse — online aviation courses with verifiable certificates Status: live, with controlled access. Website: https://mxcourse.net. On its own site MXcourse also appears as "AvioVerse Training". To get access, go through mxcourse.net or email hello@aviocube.com. For aviation organisations and the people in them: CAMO, Part-145, operators, stores and quality staff, and instructors. MXcourse offers online initial, recurrent and specialist courses aligned with EASA: - **Seats:** organisations buy seats per course, assign learners and track their progress. - **Certificates:** every pass ends in a named certificate. Anyone can check it by its number with the public certificate checker on mxcourse.net. Published courses, with the classroom equivalent of each: - Auditing Techniques for Aviation (16 hours) - Basic and Air Operations Regulations (16 hours) - EWIS Target Group 1 & 2, initial training (8 hours) - Foreign Object Debris and Damage (FOD) Prevention (6 hours) - Fuel Tank Safety, Phase 1 & 2, initial training (8 hours) - Part-21 including Part-26 Familiarisation (12 hours) - Continuing Airworthiness for Part-145 Staff (12 hours) - Continuing Airworthiness for CAMO Staff (12 hours) - Part-IS Familiarisation and Cybersecurity Essentials (8 hours) - Root Cause Analysis: 5-Why and Fishbone (6 hours) - Receiving Inspection (8 hours) - Reduced Vertical Separation Minimum (RVSM) (8 hours) - Safety & Human Factors for Continuing Airworthiness Management & Maintenance (16 hours) - Train the Trainer for Part-147 Instructors, Part-145 OJT Instructors & Practical Assessors (24 hours) Limits: the courses are EASA-aligned. Whether a course meets a particular organisation's training requirements is for that organisation and its competent authority to decide. --- ## 04 SHIFT — Don't Stamp! Status: live, in beta, free. Play at https://dontstamp.com. "SHIFT" for short. For engineers, learners and anyone who signs for work. SHIFT is a small aviation learning game set at Northwind, a fictional airport, and played in the browser, including on phones. - **A shift:** you walk the airport campus and its buildings, pick one of four assignments and go to where it happens. - **Each assignment:** you read a short situation and two or three pieces of evidence, choose one of three responses, and then learn why it mattered. - **What it covers:** safety, compliance, engineering and human factors. - **Consequences:** every decision moves four bars (Safety, Integrity, Work progress and Team trust). A sound decision can cost work progress. Sometimes the right move is not to sign: stopping is a win. - **Playing:** play without an email address and progress stays on the device. Register with an email address and progress saves online. - **Fair play:** no payments, energy limits or punishing streaks. Limits: SHIFT is fictional decision practice. It isn't maintenance data, a professional authorisation or a training certificate, and its points and ranks count only inside the game. For courses that end in a certificate, see MXcourse. --- ## 05 Consulting — the work behind the apps Status: available now. For aircraft operators, maintenance organisations and training organisations. Before the apps there was the work, and Aviocube still does it: - Manual authoring and revision - Part-IS (information security) implementation - IOSA preparation and audit support - Training design and delivery - Compliance and audit support - Aviation digital tools and AI agents To start a conversation, use the form at https://aviocube.com/#contact or email hello@aviocube.com. --- ## How the products connect 1. **The rule next to the procedure (Avioverse and Manuals):** manual sections become searchable in Avioverse, beside the regulation they answer to. Planned. 2. **The procedure becomes the course (Manuals and MXcourse):** forms and quizzes are written once, then used in the manual and in training. Planned. 3. **Learn it, then practise it (MXcourse and SHIFT):** a course teaches the standard, and the game tests it under pressure. 4. **Real cases, safe mistakes (SHIFT and Avioverse):** game scenarios start from real airworthiness directives in the Avioverse library. 5. **Consulting touches every product:** what Aviocube learns on client work goes back into each app. 6. **One studio underneath:** Aviocube designs, builds and supports all of them. --- ## Common questions **Is Avioverse the same as Aviocube?** No. Avioverse is one of the products. Aviocube is the studio behind all of them, and Avioverse Ltd is the company that runs them. **What can I use today?** MXcourse (live, with controlled access), SHIFT — Don't Stamp! (free beta) and consulting. Avioverse is expected in October 2026 and Manuals in January 2027. **How do I get early access?** Use the form at https://aviocube.com/#contact, choose "Early access" and tick the products you want. SHIFT needs no sign-up. **Are any of the products approved by EASA?** No. They support work under EASA rules, but none is an approval by EASA or a competent authority, and none replaces an organisation's approved procedures. **What do they cost?** SHIFT is free. For MXcourse, see https://mxcourse.net. Avioverse will have a free plan and paid Pro plans; see https://avioverse.io. For consulting, email hello@aviocube.com. **How do I contact Aviocube?** Email hello@aviocube.com or use the form at https://aviocube.com/#contact.
